Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Standard Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with tags intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elymuabeauty.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted; however, you do not need a reason to return your item. 

Klarna Orders – (Applies Only to Klarna Purchases)

For all orders completed using Klarna, the following policy applies and overrides all other return terms:

  • Customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, including:

    • Final sale items

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Sale or promotional items

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Refunds for Klarna orders:

  • Must be issued to the original payment method via Klarna

  • Store credit is not permitted under any circumstances

  • This policy is mandatory and applies without exceptions, as required by Klarna

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Non-Returnable Items (Non-Klarna Orders Only)

For orders not completed using Klarna, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

These exclusions do not apply to Klarna orders, as outlined above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider
