Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Orders may ship sooner when possible; however, expedited processing is not guaranteed.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and U.S. territories, including APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International shipping may be available when arranged in advance.
Shipping Carriers

Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

International orders, when available, may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination.
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges via USPS range from $5.00 to $65.00. A more accurate rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless a flat-rate or free shipping promotion is offered.
Domestic delivery estimates follow USPS standard delivery timeframes and vary based on destination and service level. Delivery timeframes begin after the 1 to 3 business day processing period.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
For international shipments, any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking information, when available.
Tracking information may take time to update. If tracking does not show movement immediately, please allow additional time for carrier processing.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Beauty & Cosmetics Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products:

We are not responsible for product damage, melting, leakage, separation, or texture changes caused by exposure to heat, cold, humidity, pressure, or other environmental conditions during transit.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Variations in product appearance due to shipping conditions do not affect product safety or efficacy and are not considered defects unless otherwise required by law.
Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly upon delivery to reduce the risk of environmental exposure.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only if the request is received before the order enters processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
